Peppermint tea is fantastic! I have digestive issues and I find it helps after a meal.

Today:

Breakfast:
A pear and a banana (ran out of milk so I couldnt have cereal)

Lunch:
Subway 6-inch chicken teryaki

Snacks:
Muesli bar
150g of lollies (oops)

Tea will be soup, its called Kim Beasley's fat burning soup, lol.

Went for a lovely walk in the nature reserve, saw 3 wallablies. Usually I dont see any :)

No im not on CK or anything. Some days I eat more, depending on what i'm doing or where I am. Its a good thing I didnt eat too much today because I did have quite a few calories/fat in the subway and the lollies.

Alot of people have told me - if you don't eat enough your body kicks into starvation mode and hangs on to every bit of food you eat!!!

maybe its worth signing up to check if you are eating enough?

I had a brief look at the site but it all looks very confusing-- all the counting and such, wouldn't know where to begin!

It's easy, it won't take you long to get used to it, promise! It is so worth it. You are definitely not eating enough, you'll be surprised at how much you should be eating to lose weight.

By the way, there are not many calories and hardly any fat in your Subway choice!

I think i've got the hang of Calorie king, its easier than I thought. I am allowed to have 1570 calories a day, I went over that limit today and had 1617 calories. Im not too worried about that as tonight was a special occasion.

I am going to the gym for an assessment tomorrow morning :)
