Mon July 20 (day 115)
8am - CS choc shake to go
10:30am - half large pear
1:30pm - CS roast chicken soup
3:30pm - salad greens with tuna, mayo and sweet chili sauce
7pm - steak and steamed veg
9pm - Jarrah Chocolatte
Drinks: 2 x coffee with sugarine and skim milk, 1.5litre bottle of water and a 250ml cup of water.
21 July 2009 - Tuesday (Day 116)
8am - CS meal replacement bar (berry)
10am - half large pear
1pm - CS roast chicken soup
3pm - salad greens, tuna, mayo and sweet chili sauce
6pm - curried sausages
8:15pm - Jarrah chocolatte
Drinks - 250ml cup water, 2 x coffee with sugarine and skim milk, 1.5 litre bottle of water.
Exercise - 40 minute walk
22 July 2009 - Wednesday (Day 117)
8am CS roast chicken soup (need to buy more shakes... was strange having it for breaky but nice)
10am - half a large pear
12:30pm - pizza on an empower wrap (pizza sauce, 30g cheese, capsicum and baby spinach).
2pm - Jarrah chocolatte
6:30pm - baked chicken with morroccan seasoning and steamed veg
Drinks - 1 litre bottle of water, 1x coffee with sugarine and skim milk, 2 glasses pepsi-max
Exercise - none.
