chargrilled zucchini (36 cals)
slice of cheddar cheese (85 cals)

Lunch:
2 slices wholemeal bread (142 cals)
3 slices of tomato (12 cals)
chargrilled zucchini (36 cals)
slice of cheddar cheese (85 cals)
sliced turkey breast (55 cals)
chargrilled peppers (52 cals)

Snack:
Espresso
Low fat milk (120 cals)
Sugar (32 cals)

Total: 809 calories

Going to the movies tonight so will probably have some popcorn later but will try to be sensible about it!

Hi Cole -
I think you need to try and get some more calories in there! Are you M or F? As a F you should not go below 1200calories! Also, some small fruit serves and healthy vegetable snacks with salsa or cottage cheese might be good :)

Thanks Court. I still have to have dinner yet and I will probably indulge in a bit of popcorn tonight when I go to the cinemas later tonight so my calories will be upped quite a bit by the end of today I would say :-) lol

Oops! Have to get in the habit of keeping up with this daily..

Not having the greatest day food wise because I skipped breakfast all together ... time just got away from me and before I realised it was already lunch time.

Lunch:
Steamed rice
Teriyaki beef stir-fry

Dinner:
2 chicken sausages
Steamed veg
Mashed potato

Liquids:
Skinny Cappuccino
Orange juice

Snack:
10 Maltesers

Chicken Schnitzel foccacia .. no idea of the calories because it was bought. Not too concerned though!

No-fat yogurt (74 cals)

Lunch:
Punnet of strawberries (83 cals)

Afternoon snack:
Apple (72 cals)

Dinner:
6" Roasted Chicken Sub on Honey Oat, double meat (487 cals)

Snack:
1/2 of a medium sized container of cinema popcorn (270 cals)

TOTAL: 1286 calories

I do have quite a bit to lose, 20kg or more. I do think I've been eating too little - I'm still trying to get my head around having a healthy relationship with food and finding the balance between eating too little and eating too much!

I'll get there eventually... thanks for your concern though :)

I'm on 1320 a day (before exercise, I eat back exercise cals too) and only want to lose about 5kg, I am already in the healthy weight range. I know it sounds strange, but you definitely need to eat more, otherwise when you get closer to goal, you've got nowhere to go. Maybe check out http://www.calorieking.com.au, I was totally clueless about these things until I joined CK, I didn't believe that you could eat that much and lose weight, you not only can, but should, it is much better for your body..and your sanity!

Breakfast:
Oats with low-fat milk and honey

Lunch:
250g packaged Ceasar salad from Coles. I omited the bacon bits and added shaved Turkey breast instead. This is so yummy but it's 420 calories and 31g of fat according to the nutritional label. 66% of the caloric content is fat!!!

Snack:
Apple

Snack:
1/2 punnet of Strawberries

Dinner:
3 x Honey Soy chicken kebabs
