breakfast: 2 shredded wheat, 1 1/2 cups of skinny milk, mandarin

snack: 3 biscuits with dip, carrot and celery sticks, 6 lollies, 5 chips (the teams morning tea)

lunch: cheese and pickles on grain roll, orange

snack: diet yoghurt with dried fruit and nuts

dinner: small serve mushroom and bean pasta

desert: low fat bran muffin with butter :oops:
