Breakfast:
1 shredded wheat, LSA, multigrain toast with low fat cottage cheese, 1 1/2 cups skim milk

Morning meal:
beans, salsa, low fat yoghurt mix and orange

Lunch:
tuna and salad on soy and linseed bread

Snack:
dried fruit and nuts

Dinner:
curried veges and rice
