Breakfast: soy & linseed toast, omelette 1 yolk, 3 whites, 1 1/2 cups of skinny milk, LSA

Morning meal: mandarin, apple, 200g diet yoghurt

Lunch: cheese and salad wraps

Afternoon snack: dried fruit and nuts, diet jam on bread

Dinner: corned silverside and veges

Maintainence since 04/11/06
Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs
