Breakfast: weetbix, skim milk, toast, tomato, LSA
Snack: kiwifruit, corn and cottage cheese, 1 1/2 scones
Lunch: corned beef and salad sandwich
Snack: dried fruit and nuts
Dinner: corned beef, curried veges, low fat yoghurt, small rice

Breakfast: diet yoghurt, LSA, ham and tomato on wholemeal toast, skim milk
Morning tea: apple, spicy chick peas, celery & capsicum with low fat nat yoghurt
Lunch: pasta salad
Afternoon: dried fruit and nuts
Dinner: Capsicum stuffed with chicken and veges, small serve of rice

Morning tea: apple, dried apricots and sultanas with cottage cheese and LSA
Lunch: spicy chicken and bean salad with low fat nat yoghurt
Afternoon: dried fruit and nuts
Dinner: salmon with veges

Breakfast: wholemeal crumpets with honey, skim milk

Morning Tea: pear, kiwifruit with diet yoghurt and LSA

Lunch: Chicken and salad wrap

Afternoon: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: 3 rice paper rolls with tofu, salmon and salad (made 5 and surprisingly 3 was enough, now I have lunch made for tomorrow!)

Breakfast: oats, skim milk, fresh strawberries and yoghurt

Morning tea: apple

Lunch: 2 rice paper rolls

Afternoon: dried fruit, nuts and LSA in nat yoghurt

Treat Dinner: prawns with small serve of rice and peanut dipping sauce, 1 glass of white wine. A slice of chocolate sponge roll and 1 scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
