Low GI Cereal
Kiwi Fruit

Lunch Fresh Fish
1 Slice Low GI Bread no butter / marg
Apple

Dinner, going out but will have chicken, salad & fruit

Breakfast
30 g of porridge
with 15g of oat bran & milk
1 slice of toast and jam
1 glass of lemon juice

Lunch
2 slices of 10 grain bread
1 hard boiled egg
1 cup of plain skim yogurt
1 chopped up apple

Dinner
120g of cooked spagetti
150g of meat balls
garlic and red wine tomato sauce
1 glass of skimmed milk

Breakfast: muesli flakes, lsa and skim milk, 1 slice toast and vegemite

Morning Tea: orange, strawberries and yoghurt

Lunch: leftover bean and rice salad with chicken

Afternoon: tuna (left my dried fruit and nuts at home and had some tuna in my desk drawer)

Dinner: tofu and vegetable pancakes

Kim that was lucky you had that tuna in your desk.
I forgot to add on my list that I also ate a can of tuna in brine.

I know, who knows what would have been the substitute! Not to mention the big protein hit from the tuna.
