Breakfast
Baked beans on a slice of 10 grain bread
30g porridge (raw measurement)
15g oat bran
1 cup of milk
1 glass of lemon juice

Lunch
2 slices of 10 grain bread
1 hard boiled egg
1 glass of skimmed milk

Dinner
1 cup of microwaved rice
sweet and sour chicken
boiled broccoli and carrots
1 glass of skimmed milk

Breakfast
2 slices wholemeal toast with strawberry diet conserve
skinny milk
banana

Morning Tea
cottage cheese with LSA, sultanas and dried apricots

Lunch
ham, cheese and salad on multigrain bread
3 cherry tomatoes

Afternoon
dried fruit and nuts

Dinner
tofu and vege pancakes with 1 Tbsp satay sauce
Kim - To thine own self be true
