Breakfast: Oats with LSA, skim milk, multigrain toast with diet jam and kiwifruit

Morning tea: apple, spicy four bean mix with natural yoghurt

Lunch: chicken and salad sandwich

Afternoon: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: I haven't decided yet :(

Breakfast - oatmeal, yogurt, toast apple, orange.

Lunch - 3 slices 10 grain bread, 30g ricotta cheese, tin tuna in brine, glass skim milk.

Dinner - chicken stirfry, lots of veggies, 1 cup rice, cup of skim milk.
