breakfast: a poached egg on 1 slice of toast

lunch:2(oh the shame) rolls with ham, cheese and tomato

"snack" a small bit of the casserole i was making (i couldn't resist)

dinner: casserol and cous cous

other: two strawberries
GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now
