breakfast:
toast with marmalade

lunch:
low fat chicken salad and a roll

dinner:
minestrone soup and 2 slices of wholemeal bread

snacks: carrot 2 strawberries and a small cup of low fat choc soft serve.
SW:91kg
CW:75kg
GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now

Next mini goal:73kg

Breakfast: skim milk, LSA, 1 slice of soy & linseed toast with egg omelette (1 egg, 3 whites)

Morning tea: apple, spicy beans and natural yoghurt

Lunch: chicken, low fat cheese and salad sandwich

Afternoon: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: 2 spicy chicken wraps with salad

Ooops kinda went off the diet today, I bought some of those candy bananas and had a handful instead of my dinner :oops:
