Breakfast: Shredded wheat, skinny milk, diet yoghurt, LSA

Morning tea: pear, spicy bean mix , 1 orange slice biscuit

Lunch: chicken, cheese, salad sandwich

Afternoon: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: beef and vege soup

Desert: diet caramel creme desert
Kim - To thine own self be true
Maintainence since 04/11/06
Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs

Breakfast - oatmeal and bran and 2 pieces of fruit, yogurt.
Lunch - 2 slices of 10 grain bread, 1 hard boiled egg.
Dinner - savoury pasta and vege with parmesan crumbed chicken.
