Breakfast: 1 slice soy and linseed toast with creamed corn, skinny milk
Morning Tea: diet yoghurt, apple and LSA
Lunch: tuna and salad wrap
Afternoon tea: dried fruit and nuts, small kit kat 2 fingers
Treat Dinner: roast pork and veges, small serve brocolli and cheese sauce, pork crackling, 1 glass of red wine
Dessert: chocolate cornetto, glass of dessert wine
Saturday is always my special meal night, however, I indulged and now I can't sleep. I just can't handle food like I used to....whew
just as well I think!
