EvilWombatQueen's food diary

Postby EvilWombatQueen » Tue Aug 11, 2009 1:42 pm

My goal over the next few weeks is to be very strict with my food intake. Hopefully that will keep my weight loss going until I hit goal! I'll be recording my food in the afternoon, so to keep the record accurate I'll start each day with what I had for dinner last night. That way I don't have to predict what dinner will be ahead of time!

Because I follow a vegan diet it may appear a bit too light in calories, but rest assured I enter the amounts in Calorie King to ensure I stay above 1200 calories per day.

Dinner last night:
One bowl of vegetable, barley and lentil soup.
One toasted English muffin with cherry tomatoes and two slices of soy cheese.

Breakfast:
30g oats
1 cup light soy milk
A handful of sultanas
Coffee with light soy milk and stevia
Glass of water.

Morning:
One mug of green tea
One mug of water
Four sugar free Blitz mints

Lunch:
Light salad.
Mug of green tea

Afternoon:
One mug of green tea
One mug of water
One bowl of vegetable, lentil and barley soup
