8 glasses of water

BREAKFAST
2 vitabrits with 1 cup skim milk
1 slice multigrain bread
60g ricotta cheese
1 glass orange juice

LUNCH
1 hard boiled egg & 30g chicken breast
2 slices multigrain bread
side salad
1 apple
1 cup of yoplus lite skim yogurt

DINNER
roast chicken
with lots of boiled vegetable with a splash of gravy
one medium boiled potato
glass of skim milk

breakfast:
toast and vegemite

lunch:
salad roll

dinner:
salad roll and a small tin of baked beans
SW:91kg
CW:75kg
GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now

Next mini goal:73kg

Breakfast: Shredded wheat, skinny milk, banana

Morning Tea: Pear with diet yoghurt

Lunch: pork and tomato, wholemeal sandwich

Afternoon: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: Salmon and salad
