1 180g tin of tuna in brine
a splash of Paul Newman ranch dressing
1 orange

breakfast:
2 bits of toast and marmalade

lunch: some of my cous cous salad
a handful of chips (my bf had them and i couldn't resist)

dinner: roast beef with roast vegies

other: can of sprite zero and two carrots
SW:91kg
CW:75kg
GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now

Next mini goal:73kg

Breakfast: shredded wheat x2, skinny milk, multigrain toast with diet jam, kiwifruit

Lunch: White rolls with delicious home made dip and olives. I figured this worked out to about the same cals as I would have for lunch and morning tea so it was the replacement, one of the ladies supplied it and it was too good to pass. Just not as good for me nutritionally.

Afternoon: dried fruit and nuts, orange

Dinner: salmon salad
