Breakfast: weetbix, skinny milk, wholemeal crumpet with honey, lsa

Morning tea: spicy chickpeas with wholemeal pasta and low fat nat yoghurt, orange

Lunch: tuna, wholemeal, pasta salad

Afternoon: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: beef & vege stir fry

breakfast: two slices of toast and vegemite

morning snack: yoghurt(lowfat) and half a serve of 99% fat free coffee flavoured milk

lunch: minestrone and two slices of bread

afternoon snack: cup of apero snakc thingies and a yoghurt (lowfat)

dinner: chipolata sausages, veges, potato patties thingies and pasta

other: a can of sprite zero

ive been very naughty today i just coudn't stop eating :(

Well seeing you were honest and fessed up, I'll admit I ate way too much crumbed fish tonight (like 3 times too much) :oops:
