Breakfast: left over tuna mornay and a glass of apple juice.
Lunch: left over tuna mornay and a can of creaming soda
Dinner: 1 burger (meat, lettuce, pineapple, cheese, beetroot and tomato)
Snacks: 3 iced donuts, 5 shapes crackers
Misc Drinks : 1 large glass of apple juice, 2 small Baileys, 1 large glass Bacardi with diet vanilla coke.
(tonight I begin my weight loss journey and shall start eating better from now on)
