Breakfast - Tony Ferguson diet shake (just using up my TF stocks from the cupboard)
Lunch - Tony Ferguson diet shake
Snack - 2 chopped apples in a salad
Dinner - chicken stirfry
8 glasses of water

Breakfast: diet yoghurt, creamed corn on multigrain toast, skinny milk

Morning Tea: pear, spicy chick peas, LSA, low fat nat yoghurt

Lunch: ham, cheese, salad sandwich

Afternoon: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: 3 rice paper rolls with sweet and sour dipping sauce

Dessert: diet caramel creme thingy

Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs

i was naughty today.... :( but thats ok cos tomoro im going to be good

Breakfast: a tub of low fat yoghurt

snack: a snickers bar (oh the shame)

lunch: a deli choice roll from maccas( i couldn't be bothered making my lunch)

dinner: shephards pie
GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now
