Breakfast: egg white scrambled on wholemeal toast, LSA, skinny milk

Morning tea: orange & strawberries with diet yoghurt

Lunch: ham, cheese and salad sandwich, kiwifruit

Afternoon: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: vege omelette with low fat cottage cheese and mountain bread (odd combo? It was delish. Omelette mostly egg whites, overdid it on egg whites today but was being lazy.)

Dessert: diet chocy mousse

breakfast/lunch (i had abig sleep in today): baked beans on wholemeal toast

snacks: i went to a family party so i ate lots of rice crackers and some pizza toast things my cousin made....

dinner: salad with tomato and balsamic vinigar
GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now
