Breakfast: weetbix, skinny milk, LSA, diet jam on wholemeal toast

Morning Tea: Apple

Lunch: tuna, salad wrap

Afternoon: dried fruit and nuts

Treat Dinner: Home made Hot dogs and 1 slice of coffee and walnut cake

Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs

breaky: toast with vegemite
lunch: crumpets with ham cheese and tomato
snacks: apple and a salda with cheese and tomato
dinner: stay chicken with hokkien noodles
GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now
