Breakfast: muesli flakes, skinny milk

Lunch: chicken salad and cup of hot chocolate (met up with a friend I hadn't seen in 6 months and we went out for lunch)

Dinner: small serve of pasta and meatballs with grilled veges

Maintainence since 04/11/06
Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs

no sugar, fats or white flour.
