Wow you guys amaze me! I have no willpower whatsoever.. today was a reasonably good day for me
breakfast: all bran and soy milk and sugar
lunch: reheated turkish pizza (potato, onion + cheese)
Snacks: apple, carrot
Dinner: tacos with super lean mince from the farm and a cup of tea
5 glasses of water so far
all in all about 5750kj
no exercise today a bit too busy/tired (excuses excuses I know) but I did call fernwood and ask about pricing - $20 a week minimum, ouch!
