breakfast: toast with vegemite
lunch: toasted sandwhich with ham cheese and tomato ( it was from gloria jeans it was the healthiest thing they had :( )
dinner: will be beef casserole and rice :mrgreen:

GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now

Same as exercise diary, have been a bit off the last couple and now am feeling better. Start back with diary tomorrow.

Breakfast:
1 serve mini wheats
1/2 cup low fat yoghurt

Lunch:
Chicken and Salad roll (no butter or mayo)
1 apple

Dinner:
1 Lean Cuisine Lasagne
1 serve steam fresh veges
1 orange

Extras :oops: 3 slices roast beef (from making kids lunch)
1 1/2 slices ham (dinner) naughty I know got to stop picking.

2 litres water

Cheese, tomato & lettuce sandwich

Can of pea & ham soup
Serving of steam fresh veggies

Beverages:
Small chocolate milk
I am contemplating having a milo now...
