Breaky - Wholegrain bread roll
Lunch - Wholegrain bread roll, slice of fritz, slice of cheese, squirt of tomato sauce
Dinner - chicken and vegetable pattie (birdseye frozen), half tomato, cup of lettuce, slice of cheese, mutilgrain wrap, squrit of tomato sauce.
Snacks - share size time out, banana
Water - 1.5 litres

Treadmill - Flat. 7 mins speed 4, 13 mins speed 5.
