breaksfast: bowl of cornfales, two teaspoons of sugar
snack: two salada crackers with cheese and tomato
lunch: left over casserole
dinner: roast
other: half a twix stick thing
GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now

Breakfast: 2 wholemeal crumpets with diet jam, skinny milk

Morning Tea: pear, spicy four bean mix with no fat yoghurt

Lunch: Tuna and salad sandwich

Dinner: chicken and vege stir fry

Dessert: diet chocy mousse

Breakfast: large bowl of muesli (this is pretty much the same every day)
Lunch: two salad sandwiches
Dinner: honey soy stir fry
Other: remains to be seen, since it looks like I'll be up late working on an assignment due tomorrow... probably snickers or picnic...

Breakfast: 1 special K bar

Lunch: ham, egg and lettuce sanga
1 orange

Snack: 4 crispbread with 2 tbs grated cheese, tomato and cracked pepper

Dinner: 1 lean cuisine meal, veges

snack: 3 small squares chocolate, 1 WW choc mint ice cream tub
