Oh dear I am such an air head at times...
I posted Fridays food diary as Thursday's.
So here we go for SATURDAY!!!!!
curried beef pie (am due for monthly so I find protein in the morning helps)
1 cup coffee
1 cup tea
diet vanilla coke
1 silverside, cheese, avocado and salad roll
1 glass V8 juice
crustless ham and vege quiche
bok choy and pumpkin
1 cup fresh fruit salad (oranges, kiwifruit and apples)
200g tub low fat vanilla yoghurt
1 jarrah extreme choc (99% fat free)
