1 coffee (damn - skipped again as I had to get Mack to the vet early and make a dump run)

1 fruit bun (not iced and plain)
1 cup tea
1 cup caramel chai latte

Lunch (on the run)
1 cheese and tomato sauce sanga with no margarine/butter

2 cups tea

200g BBQ steak
1 serve mashed potato (no butter added)
pumpkin, broccoli, carrots and fresh beans

1 cup canned pears
1 serve diet vanilla yoghurt

water: 1.5L

been relying heavily on tea and coffee the last couple of days am going to have to try and calm down and not have so many of them.
