So far today:

Breakfast: 2 weetbix/skim milk/strawberries

Snack: Diet Nestle Yoghurt

Lunch: Toasted Ham and Tomato s/w on Soy/Linseed bread

i think i did relatively well today seeing as my boyfriend broke up with me......

breakfast:toast with marmalade
lunch:saladas with cheese and tomato
dinner:chops and veges and side pasta
other:two squares of chocolate and some apero's
SW:91kg
CW:75kg
GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now

Next mini goal:73kg

ohh there we go i just ate and icecream its got a fat content of 10.6 ahhh i failed miserably :cry:

Breakfast: 1 shredded wheat, LSA and skinny milk, 1 wholemeal toast with vegemite

Morning Tea with team: 6 rice crackers, 2 grissini sticks with dip, small serve of corn chips with salsa and light cheese....Who's bad...oh yeah and a kiwifruit earlier!

Lunch: chicken, cheese, salad sandwich

Afternoon: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: spicy vege and pulse stew with nat no fat yoghurt
