Saturday:
Breakfast: oatmeal, skinny milk, diet yoghurt and strawberries

Lunch: Egg white omelette, with grated parmesan and cherry tomatoes on wholemeal toast

Afternoon snack: 6 thin grissini sticks

Treat Dinner: homemade pizza with hash browns and home made bread, 1/2 glass of red wine

Breakfast: Muesli flakes with kiwifruit and skinny milk

Lunch: mountain bread wrap with ham, light cream cheese and salad

Afternoon snack: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: 100g of ribe eye with veges

Desert snack (maybe): diet choc mousse

sunday:
breakfast: 3 weetbix and a bit of sugar low fat honey yoghurt
lunch: cheese ham tomato and mayo roll
dinner: rissoles(UGHHHHH) and veges
how exciting that was my day

GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now

EEEK!
Kicked off friday night with plenty of vodka, beer, wine, rum... ended it with some pancakes with cream and hot chocolate fudge around 2 or 3am.
Some other highlights of the weekend include a piece of steak that was almost half the cow... some kind of chocolate mouse/ice cream thing plus some more ice cream... chips, chips and more chips.
Meh. I've always sucked at dieting.

Breaky - steamed veges, dry fried mushrooms

Snack - mandarin

Lunch - kickstart soup with mushrooms. Cut up watermelon and rockmelon

Tea - steamed veges, raw mushrooms

Snack - mandarin

Coffee with pura boost throughout the night to keep me awake at work.
