Wendys Food Diary

I need to keep a record of what I eat so what better place to do it. Please feel free to kick my up the bum if you see something naughty go into my mouth. I also thought this was a good way of getting back to the forum every day. I hope you dont get bored with reading it.
Need to get motivated.

I am allowed 23 weight watchers points per day

B/Fast - Cereal & Milk
Lunch - Roast Beef Roll
Dinner - Bar and fruit

3 coffees (that is a break through for me, normally its 5-6)

Points used today - 21
Feeling OK. Not really hungry but I never really are. I eat because ........................
Need to get motivated.

Another good day. I am not going to write everything I eat but I stayed at 19 1/2 points today so I am pleased. I must stop weighing myself every day.

Hi Wendy, if you want to get away from the scales can you get hubby to put them out of your reach or hide them on you?

my bf sucks at hiding scales :( i always find them within an hour or two haha

I might try hiding the scales.I will probably get hubby to take the batteries out and hide it. I dont know if I can cope with not being able to weigh each day. maybe every second day to start.

A bit naughty with my points last night. I had a few more beers than I should have. I will try and get a few back from today and Monday. Fathers day tommorrow and we are going on a picnic so lots of exercise.
Need to get motivated.
