1 glass of skim milk
1 slice of multigrain bread
1 mini tin of baked beans
1 orange

Lunch
1 slice of multigrain bread
1 tin to tuna in brine
1 pear
1 glass of skim milk

Dinner
1 piece of fish
1 metric cup of rice
3 veggies stirfried
1 glass of skim milk
1 pear

Snack will be: ww apricots

Dinner: Two Eggs and a tomato

had to have bloodtest so breakfast was packed to take to work today, kinda threw me out:

1 wholemeal roll with chicken & light cheese
1 apple

snack:
1 WW fruit bar

lunch:
1 wholemeal roll w ham & light cheese

snack:
1 ww fruit bar
1 cup coffee (with equal/lite milk)

dinner:
will be lite latina pasta of some description + lite tomato basil/garlic sauce (YUM!)

water intake: 3 x 600ml bottles so far today (1.8 litres!)

had a piggy day today

breakfast:
toast with marmalade
lunch: chilli strip roll and tomato pasta
dinner: spaghetti boilgnaise
SW:91kg
CW:75kg
GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now

Next mini goal:73kg

Oh man, spaghetti bolognaise is my favourite :D
I had a piggy day too... in fact I think it's going to be a piggy week. Exams on wednesday, thursday and friday... I usually eat more around exam time to help me study and be mentally alert or whatever.
Anyways...
Breakfast:
half bowl of muesli
two pieces of toast
Lunch:
sandwich
spinach and cheese roll
Dinner:
pizza (!!!!)
I'll probably eat some yoghurt or something later on.

Breakfast: weetbix, LSA, skinny milk, wholemeal with diet jam

Morning tea: spicy bean mix with nat low fat yoghurt. orange

Lunch: roast beef and salad sandwich

Afternoon: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: 3 roast beef and salad rice paper rolls

Dessert: diet yoghurt and kiwifruit
