Definitely a can job, I am pretty lazy and like my feeding to be simple.

I get a can (410g) of four bean mix drain it and add 3-4 desertspoons of hot taco sauce. Put it in a tub and that does me for 3 morning teas so it is approx 80g worth. Sometimes I do it with just chickpeas but I find I prefer the variety of the four beans which includes the chickpeas. You could also make up your own mix of beans easily too if there are specific ones you prefer. I have a small tub for the fat free natural yoghurt (I use jalna but there are plenty of brands that have the same type) and take about 100g.

Works out to approx 95 cals for the beans and 53 cals for yoghurt.

I love nat yoghurt with spicy food and I think pulses especially lend themselves to spices more than other foods.
