Snack: Diet Nestle Yoghurt

Lunch: Ham and Tomato s/w

Snack: ww fruit

Dinner: Two Eggs with Tomato and Ham

Snack: WW bar
Lunch: more leftover lamb stirfry (REALLY over it now)
Snack: an apple
Dinner: ? maybe home made pizzass, methinks.

breakfast: toast with marmalade
snack: apple and rice cakes with vegemite
lunch: chillie strip roll
dinner: chipolata sausaged, baked chips, mashed pumpkin with nutmeg(truly foul yuk!) :shock: and peas n corn.
GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now

Breakfast: shredded wheat, lsa, skinny milk

Morning tea: apple, spicy four bean mix with n/f nat yoghurt

Lunch: chicken salad

Afternoon: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: egg white scramble with creamed corn on wholemeal and seed toast

Dessert: low fat ice cream cup
