Breakfast: egg white omelette on wholemeal and seed toast

Morning Tea: pear, sultanas and apricot in diet fruit yoghurt

Lunch: ham and light cheese sandwich, kiwifruit

Afternoon: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: 2 x beef and salad mountain bread wraps

Dessert: Light ice cream cup with a tablespoon of diet jam on top.

breakfast: leftover homemade pizza from last night (mmm!)

snack: ww bar

lunch: chicken breast & lite cheese wholemeal roll

bad snack when I got home STARVING: couple of handfuls of potato chips. buh-bow.

Dinner: Grilled chicken wrap from ali baba (chicken, tomato, lettuce, cheese.

I think I'm gonna turn into a chicken, after that effort! (the pizza had chicken on it too!)

just remembered that I also had some canned fruit after the pizza at breakfast.
