Brekkie:
1 small fruit bun
2 coffees

Snack:
1 x 40g fruit and nut mix

Lunch:
Homemade Steak, onion, cheese and tomato sauce toasted sandwich
1 cup of tea

Snack:
2 small pears

Dinner:
Beef mince and pasta bake
frozen veg mix (broccoli, carrots, beans)

1 serve light and creamy passionfruit frozen yoghurt
1 extreme choc jarrah drink

Water 1.5L

Saturday:

Brekkie:
1 serve mini wheats
1/4 cup low fat milk
2 coffees

Snack:
1 muesli bar
1 pear

Lunch:
Satay Salad (no protein)
1 serve steamed whole potato

Snack:
extreme choc drink
1/2 Darrell Lea Caramel Snow (108 Calories :roll: ) {see personal progress section!! :P )

Dinner:
1 completely home made works burger (hence the no protein at lunch!!)
1 beef pattie, 1 small rasher very lean shortcut bacon, 1 egg, 1 very thin slice low fat cheese, pineapple and salad on bun

1 small serve diet yoghurt with 1 orange

Water: 1.5L

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY TO ANY DAD ON THIS FORUM!!! :D

Brekkie:
1 serve mini-wheats
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp sugar
1 coffee

Snack:
1 orange
1/2 cup diet yoghurt

Lunch:
1 hamburger
1 hamburger pattie (homemade, left over from the night before)
2 thin pineapple rings, salad
1 glass diet vanilla coke

Snack:
1 glass V8 juice
1 mini carrot cake with cream cheese icing (low-fat/calorie recipe)

Dinner:
1 serve Indonesian chicken fried rice (homemade very yummy!!)

Snack:
1/2 cup diet yoghurt
1/2 cup canned peach slices in natural juice
1 extreme choc drink

Water: 2L

2 chocolate bullets (out of the darrell lea dads bag) 28 Calories
3 choc covered peanuts (40 calories)

(am proud of only eating 5 all up as hubbie and I normally gobble the packet between us!!

1 mini carrot cake with philly icing
1 chocolate banana smootie (made with ext choc sachet)

Lunch:
1 serve Indonesian Chicken Fried Rice (leftover)
1 piece Licorice (87 Cal)


Snack:
4 Vita Wheats with 1 tbs philly extra light cream cheese
1 pear

Dinner:
Pork Loin Chop (only ate a little bit of the yukky stuff :oops: )
1 serve steamed potato in jacket
Broccoli, Carrots

Snack:
1/2 cup canned peach slices
1/2 cup diet yoghurt

Water: 2L

Ally I had a filo parcel with spicy mince my hubby had made. It was so delicious and was like a little bit of heaven without the nasties in other pastries. Thanks for putting me straight with the filo pastry....yummm. And you're right I didn't need any butter between the sheets it was fine.

No worries Kim, I can give you a few other recipes with filo if you would like.....both savoury and sweet ones. I love filo pastry, not only is it a big thumbs up on the calorie and fat side, but it tastes nice too and doesn't leave you feeling like you've eaten your fat stores for a month!!! :wink:

That would be great....your recipes always sound yummy.

Wanted to try the sticky date last weekend but had guests and thought it best to try hubby as guinea pig first! I'm not very good with the baking side of things you see. Can cook a mean dinner when I put my mind to it, thing is it doesn't get there very often....the mind that is.

Stuffed Pita Pocket
1 glass diet cordial

1 coffee

Snack:
1 mini carrot cake with philly icing

Dinner:
1 lean cuisine lasagne
1 steam fresh vege selection

and this is where I got very naughty
1/3 family meat pie :oops: :oops: :oops:

1 glass milk

Water: 3 1/2 L

attributed littlepig out to being very busy and hungry!!! will monitor everything very closely tomorrow....no treats or extras!

1 extreme choc jarrah

Lunch:
1 ham, extra light philly, carrot and lettuce multigrain roll

Snack:
1 apple
1 coke zero

Dinner:
100g lean chicken breast, (crumbed at home)
1 serve potato in jacket with 1 tbs extra light philly and 2 tsps curried tomato chutney
pumpkin, broccoli
1 glass diet cordial

Snack:
1 serve diet yoghurt with 1 cup canned apricots
**1 extreme choc jarrah**(maybe if I feel like it)

Water: 1.5L

1 serve steamfresh veges

Snack:
1 cup canned apricots
1 cup diet vanilla yoghurt

Water: 2L
