Breakfast: muesli flakes with a sprinkle of oats and all bran and a kiwifruit, skinny milk

Morning Tea: apple, LSA with peach mango diet yoghurt

Lunch: tuna and salad sandwich

Afternoon: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: lean pork and vege stirfry with chick peas

Dessert: diet caramel creme

Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs
