Breakfast: 3 weebix and skinny milk
Morning Tea: dried fruit in nat yoghurt
Lunch: ham, cheese, tomato on soy and linseed bread
Dinner: Sat night is my night off....had friends over so ate lots of crap pizza, snacks, bavarian chocolate cake (actually didn't eat too much it was just all high fatty foods, didn't stuff myself or anything) and drank 4 bourbon and cokes....haven't drank that much in 6 months! Crikey cals on alcohol is bloody ridiculous!
I knew it was bad but seeing it in black and white gave me a jolt. Had a great night though.
Breakfast: 1 Shredded wheat with kiwifruit, skinny milk, LSA, diet yoghurt
Lunch: chicken and salad mountain bread wrap
Afternoon: dried fruit and nuts
Dinner: Chicken and vege egg white omelette
