Breakfast: 2 weetbix, lsa, skinny milk, 1 wholemeal toast with diet jam

Morning Tea: spicy chick peas with nat yoghurt, apple

Lunch: tuna and salad on multigrain

Afternoon: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: mince and l/f cheese filo parcel (yummy) with veges

that filo pastry thing sounds yummo. can you post the recipe??

Um well you see I didn't make the mince so I don't know what was in it.

However, I used a 100g of hubby made spicy mince and topped with a slice of l/f cheese rolled the filo pastry into a square so the ends were tucked underneath and baked at 200C till golden brown.

I'm not as creative food wise as Ally :D So long as it doesn't take more than 1/2 hr then I'm there.
