BREAKFAST- Bran Cereal, chopped fruit, skim
2 pieces multigrain toast & vegemite

MORNING TEA- Fruit bar

LUNCH- Minestrone Soup, multigrain roll

AFTERNOON TEA- Apple, fruit bar

2 litres water

DINNER- Dont know yet!

:lol: I was thinking about those cupcakes too.

Breakfast: 2 x wholemeal and seed toast with diet jam, skinny milk

Morning Tea: orange, spicky chick peas and nat yoghurt

Lunch: ham, cheese and salad sandwich

Afternoon: 50g peanut crackers

Dinner: spicy mince filo parcel and was so yummy
Kim - To thine own self be true
Maintainence since 04/11/06
Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs
