chopped orange and apple
Lunch - Tony Ferguson mushroom soup
Dinner - chicken and salad

Breakfast: shredded wheat, lsa, skinny milk

Morning Tea: apple, strawberries and stawberry diet yoghurt

Lunch: ham, cheese, salad sandwich, dried fruit and nuts

Afternoon: Chocolate muffin, 1 boiled lolly and cup of tea. (I gave blood! excuses, excuses... :lol: )

Dinner: tuna, tomato and corn egg white scramble.
