Snack - apple and orange
Lunch - Tony Ferguson diet shake (chocolate)
Dinner - fish and salad

Breakfast: muesli flakes, lsa, kiwifruit, skinny milk

Morning Tea: pear, small serve of nachos with sweet chilly phili and 7 rice crackers with 1 raspberry chocolate thing (a little lolly) - morning tea at work. :)

Lunch: tuna, salad sandwich

Afternoon: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: homemade hamburger patty sliced on toast with salad

Desert: diet creme caramel
Kim - To thine own self be true
Maintainence since 04/11/06
Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs
