Breakfast - 400ml low fat milk mix with a serve of weight gain protein shake
3 hours later- chicken breast sandwhich with cheese, hot salsa on helgas soy and linseed bread
lunch- handfull of mixed non salted nuts ( almonds and walnuts are the best- brazil nuts also very good)
3 hours later Or when i get home from work ( if i can last that long) - handfull of nuts or another breaky shake
dinner- 1 chicken breast ,skinless big serve marinated in mustard chilli and garlic mix- vegies broccoli and cauliflower
before bed- cheese 1 slice and some nuts Or another shake if i hit the weights
