Breakfast: weetbix, lsa, skinny milk, 1 x wholemeal toast with diet jam

Morning Tea: sultanas, diet yoghurt

Lunch: ham, cheese, salad sandwich, orange

Afternoon: chocolate 'lite' biscuit, dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: chicken, bean, vege with noodles (hubby made :D)

Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs
