Breakfast: oats, skinny milk, lsa
Morning Tea: dried dates
Lunch: pear, tuna, brown rice salad
Afternoon: dried fruit and nuts, peanut crackers
Dinner: beef stew and smallserve of spuds

Added a banana bar after dinner.

Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs
