Breakfast: All bran, kiwifruit, LSA, skinny milk
Morning tea: apple, spicy four beans with nat yoghurt
Lunch: wholemeal ham, cheese, cucumber sandwich, tomato
Afternoon: dried fruit and nuts
Dinner: tofu, rice, chick pea, vege hotpot for want of a better word.
I may have some low fat ice cream but will see how we go.
