Homemade creamed rice, peaches, 2 tbls sultanas

1 serve minestrone soup, 2 pieces rye bread with lite philli chs

2 apples
1 piece raisin toast

Crumbed Bassa, homemade wedges, vegies.

breakfast: egg white omelette, lsa, toast, skinny milk

Morning Tea: apple, strawberries with strawberry yoghurt

Lunch: ham, cheese, salad sandwich

Afternoon: dried fruit and nuts

2nd Afternoon tea (had this when I got home): waterthin crackers with l/f cottage cheese

Dinner: beef, vege hokien noodles

Maintainence since 04/11/06
Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs

Ok, I'm finally back into the swing of the diet thing. This is the first time in ages I've been able to post here without fear of the list taking up half the page.
Breakfast - muesli
Morning tea - 2 crumpets (with a bit too much margarine :oops: )
Lunch - chicken pie
Dinner - pasta, spinach, peas and corn
I will probably have some lite yoghurt as a snack later on if it looks like I will end up staying up past 11pm.
