Ok, I'm finally back into the swing of the diet thing. This is the first time in ages I've been able to post here without fear of the list taking up half the page.
Breakfast - muesli
Morning tea - 2 crumpets (with a bit too much margarine
Lunch - chicken pie
Dinner - pasta, spinach, peas and corn
I will probably have some lite yoghurt as a snack later on if it looks like I will end up staying up past 11pm.
