Breakfast: weetbix, lsa, skinny milk

Morning Tea: pear, dried fruit and nuts, 2 vita weat with cucumber

Lunch: ham, cheese wholemeal sandwich, orange

Dinner: beef, noodle stir fry (made 2 serves yesterday so was an easy meal)

Dessert: low fat ice cream with dried dates
Kim - To thine own self be true
Maintainence since 04/11/06
Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs

Minestrone Soup, multigrain breadroll with lite philly chs

2 pieces fruitbread, 1 apple, tub peaches

Chicken stirfry, rice
hot chocolate

I was on track today :D
Breakfast - muesli, as always
Morning tea - some diced peaches and pears
Lunch - a cup of soup and a crumpet
Dinner - chicken and vegetables
10pm snack - lite yoghurt
