Friday:

Brekkie:
1 piece carrot and sultana bread (no butter)

snack: (from hospital canteen)
1 skim milk latte
1 pear (gotta love the hospital canteen, they have switched to all healthy stuff, whereas they were just selling all deep fried stuff!!)

lunch: (hospital canteen again)
1 lemon pepper chicken, ricotta and salad roll

snack:
2 pieces lemon slice :oops:

dinner: (and thus it all fell apart from here)
1/2 family tomato and onion pie (oh yeah when I fall, I fall)
12 wedges (yep I counted them)

snack:
2 pieces caramel slice :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops:

water: 2L (at least THAT was consistent)

I am not going to beat myself up, I have learnt that old habits can sneak in when least expected and am on guard a bit better this time. Yes I could have had a lean cuisine as they are in the freezer, but I was hungry and the pie was already hot....silly girl!!

Alright I have to say it and I know this will not help you Ally, so forgive me but.....Lemon slice is SOOOOOOOOO YUMMY!!!!!!

It is the yummiest slice, bar none, as far as my lil taste buds are concerned.

Saturday

Brekkie:
1 serve mini wheats
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp sugar
1 coffee

Lunch:
1 ham,cheese and salad sandwhich
1 coffee

Snack:
2 kiwi fruit

Dinner:
Indonesian Chicken Fried Rice

Snack:\
2 1/2 pieces of slice (refer to Personal Progress section :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: ) however at least it is not 4.(can't believe i just said that!! can't believe it is not 4, it should have been NONE!!!

ok feeling better after that little tirade!

Water: 2L

Am going to go back to having my jarrah choc drink as I know that this will stop the slice eating!!

hi ally
you poor darl! its hard cos you want to support the kids with their school fundraiser and if you had it your way you wouldnt buy any jsut to keep it outta your house! lol. but then scott and this kids and other family members miss out. you did the right thing by freezing it. keep going with the jarrah. i know that if the slices werent in your house you wouldnt jump in your car and go and search for slices! its just cos theyre there. keep your chin up, go for a nice alk and get some fresh air and you will have a good weigh in this week :)

p.s. nice choice with the pear too!!

Tuesday

Brekkie:
1 serve Special K with Honey and Almond
1/4 cup l/f milk
1 coffee

Snack:
1 chai tea
1 serve rockmelon
1 apricot muesli bar

Lunch:
B.L.E.T (bacon, lettuce, egg and tomato wholemeal roll) NO FAT on bacon
1 coffee

Snack:
1 chai tea
1 apple

Dinner:
1 Lean Cuisine Lasagne
1 serve steam fresh veges

Snack:
1 orange, 1 kiwifruit
1 cup diet strawberry yoghurt

Water 2L

feel better knowing that I have eaten right today!! :wink:
